In this episode, I cover some strategies that I use to put down my phone. As a millennial mama, I am addicted to my phone, social media, and all the things. I know this, and I won't ever deny it. This is an ongoing work in progress for me to be more present with my kids, have more fun, and put the phone down.
I also talk about the 1000 hours outside challenge and how I am using that to intentionally say yes to more opportunities of outside time, even when I really would rather be inside.
