In this episode, I'm starting a conversation about healthy boundaries that I'm certain will continue in future episodes to come. Coming "public" with a really hard decision about a friendship ending this month and how I had a transparent conversation with my five year old about the situation, on the morning of her birthday party. It's not easy having hard conversations, but I'm confident that the more practice we have, the easier it becomes, and my hope is that my five year old will be better equipped to have these conversations and make these hard decisions much earlier in life than I have.
